Shipping Coverage & Responsibility

• We ship pan-India via reliable logistics partners.

• Divino’s responsibility ends once the goods are dispatched from our factory.

• Any transit-related damage or loss during transport is not the responsibility of Divino.

• The designated regional distributor is responsible for any onward delivery within local areas or last-mile logistics.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are additional and calculated based on volume, weight, and destination.

• These charges will be clearly mentioned in the quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

• Most orders are shipped within 7 to 10 working days of order confirmation, subject to product availability.

• Made-to-order items may require additional time based on complexity and production schedule.
